Group A is an international orientated architect office with addressed projects like the Cabarello factory in The Hague and the brand new headquarters of SABIC in Sittard. Folkert van Hagen, owner/architect of group A: "Petrochemical company Sabic wanted headquarters that by design was associated with their position as market leader. A futuristic and innovative design was demanded.
We have chosen for a furnishing with impressive neon which would strengthen this, inside and outside." The realization of this was however not going as it was expected. The cavity wall in which the neon was to be placed, appeared to be too narrow. This problem brought Group A in contact with 3Tac for the first time. Van Hagen: "Fortunately, I didn't get a sales talk but a clear solution. Thanks to their craftsmanship, we succeeded to place the lightning as it was originally intended in the end."
Van Hagen understandably turned to 3Tac again for the realization of the next job; the realization of the company name SABIC in Enormous, three-dimensional letters. "3Tac is a trusted partner with a practical mind. They make what I imagine."
