3Tac achieves new ISO 9001:2008 & VCA* certificates |
The quality management system of 3Tac BV has been successfully recertified according to the new requirements of van ISO 9001:2008 icm VCA* -2004. The report of the auditor, TÜV Nederland (member of TÜV Nord Group), shows that the commitment and enthusiasm for quality control is big at 3Tac.
3Tac BV, Oss, is specialist in the field of lighting technique and is certified since 2004. De most recent standard does not only set requirements to setting up and describing a quality management system but also puts emphasis on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, which 3Tac considers important.
Earlier this year (2009) 3Tac has resisted against an application of bankruptcy. With all the pressure important correspondence had escaped attention resulting in, in accordance with normal procedure, a declaration of bankruptcy. The court in Den Bosch has annulled the application on the 26th of may 2009. The order book is strong and 3Tac is looking to the future with a positive mindset.
Since January this year (2009) 3Tac has invested in an ERP software system that connects all business processes with each other and that contributes to a more manageable registration of the VGM management system.
