In the newly opened branch of MEN_at_WORK in Assen the visitor will be surprised upon entering by a gigantic sleekly designed chandelier of neon.
Aside from the chandelier the windowpanes have also been fitted with neon contours. Both have been done in the color white that continuously flashes on and off. This way the chandelier gets the look of a water wheel. There is continuous movement; it is alive! This fits the young audience. The sleek design in combination with the white light gives a clean and trendy look.
3Tac has done her share both in design and in implementation. 3Tac had never produced a chandelier of neon before. Not only the production but the fitting as well could be called a nice challenge.
3Tac has also fitted the façade with a name description and a few angled light boxes. Inside the store has been styled by various signings on mirrors, walls, doors and windows. The use of neon and signing in combination with rough materials for the furnishings are a base for a modern look.
This project has also carried out by 3Tac as commissioned by Store3D based in Nieuwkuijk. Earlier 3Tac had fitted the entrance of the branch of MEN_at_WORK in Tilburg with large triangles with neon fitted on among other things.
MEN_at_WORK is a Dutch chain of fashion stores that offer appealing jeans fashion to adolescents. In 2007 MEN_at_WORK had 40 branches on A-locations.
